Wine and Cheese Tasting and Pairing

Alexis from Jax Vineyards will join Caleb in presenting a wine and cheese tasting and pairing event. Jax Vineyards is located in Calistoga, California, and it produces only 9,000 cases among all its varietals. These are small production wines that are carefully crafted for optimum flavor. Enjoy comparing and contrasting wine and cheese flavors as you savor each wine and cheese by itself and in complement to each other. All wines and cheeses sampled will be available for purchase/order that evening. Cost is $20 per person. Come meet Alexis and enjoy premium wines and artisan cheeses.
