Full screening available for $75 or FREE with insurance and includes Complete Blood Count, Lipid Profile, Complete Metabolic Profile, Vitamin D, Thyroid, Diabetes, Prostate (men only), Testosterone (men only), cancer antigen 125 (women only)

Results and follow up: 

You will receive your results within a week. First, they will contact you by telephone to discuss the results and then send you a copy for your records or follow-up care.
