Expanding the Binary - LGBTQ / TransGender 101 Training

This 3 hour interactive training will provide participants with a more inclusive perspective of the entire LGBTQQAAAIP2S+ Community, Including a more in depth understanding of TransGender Individuals.    Participants will learn about the gender specrum, Gender Identity as well as the History and Life experiences of transgender individuals.  
Misty Eyez, has the belief that in order to Treat or Help you LGBTQ+ Clients, Friends, and CoWorkers,  you Must Know / Understand them.   She developed her training so that you will understand the How, the When, the Where, the Why and even the HOW LONG - for the LGBTQ and TRANS Community.  She talks a bit about the Science and History of trans people as well as why would someone choose to be this way, is it even a choice?
   
This 3  hour LGBTQ 101 Proficiency and Workplace Bias Training is VERY interactive, and she provides a Safe place for in depth Q&A.
