Held on the second Friday of each month\, continuing in March and April at 2 pm\, this lecture series offers a broad and accessible journey through the history of art.\n\n\n\nEach session builds chronologically\, beginning with the foundations of art history and moving through key movements\, ideas\, and artists\, concluding with contemporary and current-day practices. Wolens received her BA in Art History from University College London and master's from Columbia University in Curating and Criticism of Modern Art. Prior to joining NSU Art Museum Fort Lauderdale\, Wolens served as Assistant Curator at SCAD Museum of Art in Savannah\, Georgia\, where she curated exhibitions of artists such as Sanford Biggers\, Ra l de Nieves\, Paulina Olowska\, Wong Ping and Rose B. Simpson.
